Lockley Farm: Meeting room

The meeting room is situated in the main yard with ample hard standing car parking and good pathway access to its entrance. Summer furniture provided on request.

The building is brick and timber framed with roof light windows, it offers a homely atmosphere enhanced by a pine wood roof interior finish and magnolia walls. With hard wearing flooring being a mix of blue, granite, and beige with tiled toilet area the room is well presented.

Heating is via storage and central systems with the room being well insulated during the conversion.

Double patio doors - entrance to separate toilet/washbasin and hallway. Welcome table with tea/coffee, selection of still/sparkling water and biscuits.

Large central room - with selection of conference tables and chairs, can be arranged in different formats.

Kitchen - equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, sink, agreement in advance. Strip Lighting, spot Lights throughout the room.

• Tea/coffee, biscuits, water - still/sparkling
• Notepad/pencils
• Electricity/heating.
• DVD and video Player

Equipment provided with 48 hours notice:

• Wi-Fi Internet Access
• Use of kitchen

Food via outside catering must have minimum 48 hours notice for ordering/cancelling.

We can seat approx 12-14 people at tables and 20 with no tables.

Prices full day (8 hours) £175.00 plus VAT, half day (4 hours) £115.00 plus VAT
